Never wanting to take ourselves too seriously, we added this little friend to stand by the front door to help welcome guests as they arrive. Try as we might, we’ve not yet come up with a suitable name for her. What are your suggestions?

Sitting on the deck with shoes off, enjoying the sound of the fountain, and feeling the dappled shade the pergola brings. Planted more perennials today, took a few photos of our early harvest of rhubarb and asparagus, and admired the young plants in the raised gardens.

Life is short; savour every moment.
