We’re excited to introduce a brand-new dining experience in Prince George, with two restaurant concepts under one roof!

🥞 Benedict Bistro will be serving up breakfast and lunch during the day, followed by 🍣 Shiko Sushi & Raw Bar in the evening.

Whether you’re joining us to start your morning, enjoy lunch with friends, or wind down with sushi and fresh seafood, we can’t wait to welcome you!
