We are offering an Advanced Backcountry Skiing Course this year at Dezaiko. From December 10th - 14th participants will be immersed in advanced planning and ex*****on of ski touring day trips using a mix of classroom lectures, case studies, and videos while maximizing our time in the field putting new skills to practice on the terrain right out the door of the lodge.

The course is taught by Sean Fraser, an ACMG and CAA certified professional and frequent guide up at Dezaiko.

This course is for you if you have AST 1 or 2 and are looking to practice alpine touring skills, learn about snowpack theory, and immerse yourself in a hands on learning environment (while skiing our epic snow at the lodge).
