Malheureusement, notre lac est touché par le myriophylle à épis.

Nous joignons une brochure informative ainsi qu'une carte indiquant les secteurs touchés. Veuillez noter que les zones en vert ne sont pas préoccupantes. Seules les zones en rouge ont été identifiées comme contenant du myriophylle.

Nous demandons à tous d'être particulièrement vigilants cette saison et de contribuer à prévenir la propagation de cette espèce envahissante en lavant soigneusement toutes les embarcations avant d'entrer ou de quitter le lac, incluant :
• Bateaux
• Kayaks
• Canoës
• Planches à pagaie (SUP)
• Remorques à bateaux

La station de lavage est située au 15, avenue Palmer à Otter Lake.

Veuillez surveiller les bouées et les affiches identifiant les secteurs touchés et éviter de circuler dans ces zones lorsque possible.

Unfortunately, our lake is affected by Eurasian Watermilfoil (Milfoil).

We are attaching an informational brochure along with a map identifying the affected areas. Please note that the green areas on the map are not a concern. Only the red areas have been identified as containing milfoil.

We ask everyone to be especially vigilant this season and help prevent the spread of this invasive species by thoroughly washing all watercraft before entering or leaving the lake, including:
• Boats
• Kayaks
• Canoes
• Paddleboards
• Boat trailers

The washing station is located at 15 Palmer Avenue, Otter Lake.

Please watch for buoys and signage marking the affected areas and avoid traveling through them whenever possible.

MISE À JOUR SUITE À LA TEMPÊTE : Nous sommes heureux d'annoncer que les dégâts au parc Leslie sont minimes. Plusieurs arbres sont tombés, mais heureusement, personne n'a été blessé et les dommages aux biens personnels et aux installations du parc sont négligeables. Le personnel du parc travaille à rétablir l'eau courante et l'alimentation en électricité. En raison de l'ampleur de la tempête, le rétablissement du service pourrait prendre plus de temps que d'habitude. Nous vous tiendrons informés dès que nous aurons plus d'informations.

WINDSTORM UPDATE: We are happy to report that there has only been minimal damage here at Parc Leslie. Several trees have fallen but thankfully no one was injured and the damage to personal property and park property was minimal. Park staff are working on restoring water and septic services. We are expecting a longer than usual delay for the return of hydro service due to how widespread the storm was. We will send another update when more information is available.
