Reliable Equipment Rentals Ltd. provides aerial equipment rentals and services throughout the lower mainland and is seeking a full-time Heavy Duty Equipment Mechanic.

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM
Wage: $35.00–$58.00/hour, based on experience, skills, and qualifications

Key Responsibilities:
Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain heavy-duty equipment, including mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and diesel systems
Perform preventative maintenance, inspections, and equipment testing
Complete service records and maintenance documentation
Respond to shop and occasional field service requests
Follow WorkSafeBC regulations and maintain a strong safety-first approach

Qualifications:
2+ years of heavy-duty equipment repair experience
Strong mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic diagnostic skills
Ability to read technical manuals and schematics
Valid Class 5 driver’s licence
Journeyman/Red Seal certification preferred
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work in shop and outdoor environments
