Do you know about the Summer Solstice? June 21 is the longest day of the year, and this year it falls on a Sunday. We are planning a summer launching evening that will include some local talent, and comradery around a fire pit during the dark hours. Come book a spot so you can join us for the fun.

May is over and June starts tomorrow. There are still a thousand fiddleheads, and a 'blue moon' overhead. The place looks like me after a rough weekend, needing a shave, since we did the No Mow May, but starting tomorrow we are gonna make the place look pretty. Hope you will book a vacation here, we'd be honored.

Announcing our first event of the year, the Annual Fiddlehead Hunt. Bring a re-usable grocery bag, and we will show you where the fiddleheads are hiding. It is a "U" Pick event. Bring the kids they will love it. Saturday May 16 after 2pm. Make a memory and get a bag of fiddleheads too. All are welcomed, Parking is available and it is a short walk to the river, see beavers, maybe a eagle or two, and have a wonderful afternoon at Riverbend Wilderness Campground. See yah Saturday.

We've been having some technical difficulties, but we'll be back on line very soon. Reservations are coming in fast and furious, and the first seasonals have signed up for the new season. Call the management number (506) 851-1867 to chat with Jim. Get your vacation plans moving soon. Fiddleheads will be coming by mid May, and Go Habs Go!!

Just a few more days over 7 weeks till we open for the camping season 2026. We are excited to see our friends again, and get to enjoy nature as it bursts back to life this Spring. Hello campers! We are grateful to report that our park has not been impacted by the fires and hope recent rains and the brave efforts of many have put the risk of continued fires in the past. We've experienced a lull in reservations and encourage everyone to reconsider getting back out here to enjoy some end of season forest therapy!
