For many of our guests, their Inn experience begins at the Welcome House, where warm greetings, familiar faces and thoughtful touches set the tone for everything that follows. From welcoming you to the property to helping make your stay feel seamless, this team brings a little bit of Inn magic to all the moments in between.

To our Guest Services team, led by Renee Preston, thank you for the care, energy and hospitality you bring to every guest who walks through our doors. From the faces you see around the Inn, Fortune Bridge House and all those working behind the scenes, each person plays a part in making a stay here feel special. This season at the Copper Dome, sweetbreads have been one of those unexpected bites. Gently prepared with rosemary, then finished over fire with rich bone marrow and flavours from our Island kitchen.

That’s what Oyster Hour is all about: trying something you’ve never had before, even if you wouldn’t normally order it and usually, it turns out to be really, really good.
