Announcing the June 13 Pre-Fathers Day BBQ Buffet at the Estate

Enjoy our Championship BBQ Menu served buffet-style—guests can build their plates with a full spread of slow-smoked meats and classic comfort sides. Our pitmasters will carve the Championship Whole Hog on the buffet, alongside brisket, ribs, BBQ chicken, and smoked sausage, with plenty of sauce and fixings to finish it your way.

Introducing our new DINNER CLUB at The Chef's Estate, where you can book from one guest, a couple or all your friends. Once a month we are offering a three-course meal, and if possible live entertainment for $ 76.34 + HST and gratuity, ($100) . Seating is limited to 32 guests.

Our first event is Feb 14, just in time for Valentine’s Day. We are serving Pork Tenderloin or Pasta Rigatoni.
