If your heading to Rotary Brewfest tomorrow hosted in our banquet facilities here are a few points of interest.

We got snacks. Available to purchase along with non alcoholic beverage options.

Enter through the banquet entry.

Steak and Lobster rolls are on special if your looking for dinner before the event.

There is extended parking on our back parking pad. I will park there to get the row started.

If you bringing a vehicle and need to leave it over night you are welcome to do so.

We are excited to have a refresh on this building. Here are some pictures of the original to today. This building still had original windows and under the white was the original siding. A few modifications and we are excited with the face-lift the crew at Alcock Construction gave this building. With Windows, doors, insulation, deck/stairs and siding. We love the new look and vision for the rest of the motel buildings.

We have been testing out a new creation in the ASI kitchen.

PORKSTRAMI

First we cure the pork shoulder like we do our corn beef brisket, then a pastrami style dry rub, then we slow smoke the shoulder until it almost falls apart.

Tonight we have it on a soft Kaiser with caramelized onions, Swiss cheese, kitchen sink mayo and marinated cucumber.
