Did you know that in addition to offering water taxi services we also offer freight delivery, canoe drop off, firewood delivery, garbage pickup/disposal and much more!?

Furniture, firewood, freight, lumber, canoes, laundry, garbage-you name it-if we can safely haul it on our little barge we will do it!

You can feel confident trusting us with your goods because we are fully qualified to offer these services. We have our SVOP (small vessel operator proficiency), marine first aid, small domestic vessel basic safety, radio operator certificate and years of experience on Lake Temagami. Our boats are commercially registered and insured to give you extra peace of mind!

Due to the Extreme Forest Fire Hazard Rating, the Municipality of Temagami has issued a TOTAL FIRE BAN effective 12pm on June 3 2026.

Under a fire ban, all burning permits are suspended, and all open-air fires are prohibited, including fires for cooking and warmth. Persons must make alternate provisions for cooking and warmth, such as using propane stoves or charcoal burners intended for that use.”

It’s been a bit quiet around here because we have been SO BUSY getting everything ready behind the scenes. We spent a lot of the shoulder season sprucing up the cabins with new paint, new lighting and some fresh decor! We also have new taps and shower heads being installed in the next couple of days when things quiet down a little bit.

We also got all new lighting in the lodge building last week so now you will be able to see what you are doing in the games room at all times of day!

The next step is to paint the exteriors of the cabins and we found the perfect colour to do that. Can anyone guess what colour we chose 🤔?

It’s been a busy few weeks but we are looking forward to sharing all of our updates and we have a few additional exciting things to share in the next couple of weeks!

Meant to post this yesterday! Looking at the long range forecast it seems like conditions will change quickly this year. We will do regular checks until it is unsafe to do so. Stay safe!
