Lies the internet wants you to believe about owning a lodge:
You can fish all the time. 🎣
Reality: I could fish all the time… if answering emails, fixing things, cleaning, stocking, booking, organizing, and putting out approximately 47 fires didn’t keep getting in the way. 😂
Owning a lodge is basically living the fishing dream… with a side of unpaid management duties.
Do I get to fish? Absolutely.
Do I fish as much as people think I do? Absolutely not. 😂
Still wouldn’t trade it though. ❤️🎣
