Front Desk Agent Needed– Starting June, 1 2026 between 5-10pm Tofino Motel is hiring a Night Front Desk Agent for a short, steady 4-6 hour evening shift. We’re looking for someone friendly, reliable, and guest‑focused who can work independently and keep things running smoothly at night. Responsibilities: • Greet guests with a warm, positive, customer‑first attitude • Handle check‑ins, check‑outs, and reservation inquiries • Use our property management system (PMS) to manage bookings • Assist guests with questions, requests, and concerns • Complete nightly tasks and maintain accurate records • Promote upgrades and local recommendations when appropriate. Sell walk Ins. • Must be familiar with the area, local activities, Restaurants and businesses. Qualifications: • Strong communication and problem‑solving skills • Calm, professional, and guest‑focused demeanor • Experience with PMS or hotel booking systems • Comfortable with computers and basic office tasks • Customer service or hospitality experience preferred • Familiarity with sales or upselling is an asset
