🌟 Our spotlight is Stephan Jauslin, Senior Director of Food & Beverage at Nobu Hotel Toronto!

With 26 years in the hospitality industry and nearly 3 years at his current hotel, Stephan brings a wealth of experience and passion to his role. What he loves most about hospitality is that no two days are ever the same, with new challenges, experiences, and opportunities around every corner.

A passionate traveller, Stephan's favourite destinations include South Africa, Brazil, India, Finland, and the Mediterranean. 🌍✈️ Looking ahead, he hopes to visit Japan to experience its unique culture, incredible food, and beautiful landscapes.

🌍 This week's spotlight is Rishika Dalaya, Assistant Front Office Manager at Novotel Vaughan Centre!

With over 7 years in the hospitality industry and more than 4 years at Novotel Vaughan Centre, Rishika is passionate about creating positive guest experiences and helping make every stay memorable. She loves that no two days are ever the same and enjoys meeting new people, solving problems, and working alongside her team in a fast-paced environment.

One of Rishika's favourite travel destinations has been Thailand, where she explored Bangkok, Phuket, and Pattaya, taking in the vibrant culture, delicious food, and beautiful scenery.

Looking ahead, she hopes to visit Ladakh, India, to experience its breathtaking mountain landscapes, peaceful atmosphere, and natural beauty.

✨ A new chapter for one of Toronto's most iconic hotels!

The GTHA team was proud to be part of the celebration this week as Chelsea Hotel Toronto celebrated it's 50th anniversary and unveiled its renewed brand, marking an exciting new chapter in its story.

Following a four-year, $85-million transformation, Chelsea has reimagined its guest rooms, dining, public spaces, arrival experience and recreation facilities, while continuing to build on what has made it a welcoming destination for generations.

Congratulations to the entire Chelsea team on this exciting milestone! We're proud to celebrate alongside our members as they continue to shape Toronto's hospitality experience. 👏
