It’s the little things that make a stay memorable 💛

When a guest’s suitcase went missing and finally arrived at 3 AM, our Front Desk team was there to help with a smile.

A special shoutout to Tomoyo, whose kindness and thoughtful assistance made our guest and their team from Japan feel right at home.

One of our favourite parts of hospitality is hearing stories like this. It’s a lovely reminder that sometimes, the smallest gesture leave the biggest impressions.
