With more than two decades of experience in luxury hospitality, Hadi has held leadership roles with some of the industry’s most respected hotel brands. His career has taken him from Lebanon and Dubai to Africa, Montreal, and across Canada, giving him a global perspective shaped by diverse cultures, markets, and destinations.
Throughout his career, Hadi has held leadership positions with renowned brands including Fairmont Hotels & Resorts and Shangri La Hotels & Resorts, developing extensive expertise across hotel operations, rooms, guest experience, and team leadership. He has led large operational teams while maintaining the exceptional service, attention to detail, and personalized experiences that define luxury hospitality.
For Hadi, hospitality is more than a profession- it is a vocation driven by a genuine passion for people. He is deeply committed to developing and inspiring teams, empowering them to create thoughtful, memorable experiences that surprise and delight while making every guest feel truly cared for.
