Une brève histoire de la salle : automne 2005, j'ai rencontré Paul Symes et nous avons commencé le forfait Sheep & Sleep à mon bnb avec des billets pour ses spectacles. Notre salle des moutons noirs était remplie de souvenirs des moutons ! Paul a créé le Black Sheep le 3 mars 1994 et a fermé ses portes en raison du COVID-19 le 13 mars 2020 ! Le mouton noir a joué un énorme rôle en mettant le wakefield sur la carte, en rassemblant les mélomanes de partout. Cela m'a donné l'incroyable opportunité d'accueillir tant de personnes formidables.

A brief history of the room: Fall 2005, I met Paul Symes and we started the Sheep & Sleep package at my bnb with tickets to his shows. Our Black Sheep Room was filled with memorabilia from the Sheep! Paul created the Black Sheep on March 3rd, 1994 and closed its door due to COVID-19 on March 13th, 2020! The Black sheep in played a huge roll in putting wakefield on the map, by bringing music lovers from all over together. This gave me the amazing opportunity to host so many great people.

The Sheep is under new owners and
management.

Thank you Paul and his incredible staff for all the blood, sweat and tears you poured into The Sheep! We shall cherish the memories forever! Enjoy retirement my friend.
