Live & Work at Beautiful Clear Lake

Are you a retired or semi-retired couple looking to spend your summers at beautiful Clear Lake?

We are seeking a dependable, energetic duo to become the seasonal caretakers of our well-maintained 11-cabin resort from May 15 through Sept 15, 2027.

This is a unique opportunity to enjoy the Clear Lake lifestyle while helping us keep our property looking its very best.

What We Provide for the right candidates:
As compensation, you’ll live on-site in a fully furnished three-bedroom cabin with:
All utilities included
Heat and electricity
High-speed internet
A beautiful setting just minutes from downtown and everything Clear Lake has to offer.

Responsibilities
Your duties will include:
Mowing lawns, trimming, and weeding.
Maintaining the grounds and keeping the property neat and attractive.
Some general carpentry to include deck refinishing and possible interior painting as needed.
General Maintenance duties as required.

Weekly housekeeping assistance of rental cabins
Helping ensure every guest enjoys a clean, welcoming, and relaxing experience

We’re looking for the ideal couple who will:
Take pride in maintaining a beautiful property
Be reliable, organized, self-motivated, and trustworthy
Enjoy working outdoors and staying active
Have basic maintenance and housekeeping skills
Be friendly and courteous when interacting with guests
