What a lovely night with BIGLAKE Festival for their annual fundraising gala. Our very own Chef Aurora prepared the main course beautifully, alongside some of the best chefs in the County. FOUNDER | CHEF | CREATIVE | CPG | and Albert Ponzo did beautiful stations at cocktail hour, and Amanda Ray, Chef Aurora and PECish Baking Co. killed it with a spectacular 3 course dinner, all paired with lovely wines from Rosehall Run Vineyards, and beer from Slake Brewing. Add to that a collection of incredibly talented, classically trained musicians, performing around the property, throughout the evening, and you have one very special night. Thanks for all who participated and BIGLAKE Festival for your creativity, and for having The Eddie PEC be a part of your big night. We do love hosting a magical party!!! 🙏

Shes quite lovely (and let’s be honest, deserves a post) She also wanted us to remind you that The Eddie PEC is and welcomes 4 legged family. Your summer holiday can and should include your dog and and an 86 acre farm with waterfront is in fact a dogs (and most humans) dream. The wedding ceremony! The reason everyone is gathered, and yet sometimes it gets overlooked in the planning! We understand. And we got you. With multiple ceremony locations to choose from including pond side, lakeside, garden ceremony, intimate ceremony in the woods and anywhere else that catches your eye, we want every couple to have the ceremony they imagined. But most importantly, we have you covered if it rains. Which it sadly sometimes does. Our sheep shed is available and ready and included in all wedding rentals, and we have clear umbrellas on standby as needed, so you can take the stress of a rainy wedding day with no good backup plan off your list of things keeping you up at night. Hard to believe market season is almost upon us, and we are so excited about the amazing line up vendors who have already signed up in just a few short weeks. 

We have over 20 full time vendors already confirmed, and counting, plus a whole bunch of occasional and monthly vendors applications we are working through, it’s going to be an incredible  summer for the market, shopping and supporting local businesses, and we can’t wait to welcome you. 

Are you interested in signing up? Our early vendor discount  for full season vendors is still open until April 30, and we are still looking for more full season, monthly and occasional vendors. It’s  not too late to sign up, and get the early vendor discount!

Are you a wine lover who wishes almost every winery in Prince Edward County was all in one place for an afternoon so you could try them all?

Well this is your lucky day. Actually, May 2nd is your lucky day, when Terroir, hosted by PEC Wine Growers association, comes to The Eddie Hotel and Farm from 11-3pm

Terroir brings most of PEC’s wineries together for an afternoon of tasting, chatting and sipping the best of PEC. It’s pretty special if you’re a wine lover, and pretty charming even if you aren’t.

What goes well with wine? Cheese of course, so we will be offering a charcuterie bar, including local cheeses, and international cheeses by cheese boutique, to go with the wines you most enjoy.

There are a lot of wineries in PEC, and although a couple may not be able to make, most will, and it’s an event you don’t want to miss! Tickets available through link in our bio, www.TheEddie.ca and
