Happy Labour Day! Still with my Dad in Winnipeg, so I took the day off streaming but I plan to stream at 1am EST! In the interim, in honour of labour day, Albert Mackey stated: "It is one of the most beautiful features of the Masonic Institution, that it teaches not only the necessity, but the nobility of LABOR."

On Saturday, September 12, 2026, the Oregon Freemasons are throwing a massive 175th Anniversary Open House from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. in Forest Grove—and it is completely FREE to check out!
This is the perfect excuse to head over, grab some maps, and explore the historic campus at your own pace. You can tour the museum, check out the McMenamins Grand Lodge, and even get a rare peek inside the historic Children's Cottage, which is almost never open to the public.
