TERMS AND CONDITIONS...

We take a £75 booking fee at time of booking this is to secure your chosen date & is also the bond for any damages/losses. The damage bond is fully refunded back too you within 7 days of leaving the chalet, providing no damages losses or guest misconduct have occurred. The £75 Deposit isn’t refundable if you cancel your holiday but if you would like we can offer to move your holiday to a better suited date of your choice, as long as your date of choice hasn’t already been booked. Please note the moving of a date can only be changed 1 time only. Please note the full balance is due 30 days before arrival, if the full balance is not paid in full in this time frame you will forfeit the deposit and any other money’s you may have already paid. Check in is 3pm onwards on day of arrival. Check out is 10am on day of departure. X NO SMOKING
