Can you imagine waking up to the smell of fresh bread, coffee, and a view you can't get over?

Late May in Blatten-Belalp doesn't look like the postcards. The meadows are still patchy. There's snow on the ridges but not in the village.

The restaurants are quiet. The trails are mostly yours.

This is the window the families who've been staying with us for 20+ years already know about.

They stopped booking peak July a long time ago. They book the weeks no one's posting about because the village feels like a village again, and the chalet feels like theirs.

We don't talk about it often, but a serious share of our calendar fills with repeat guests.

Not because of a campaign, because they got home, told a friend, and rebooked for next year before they'd finished unpacking.

Some families have been booking with us for three generations.

The grandparents knew the village before half the lifts existed.

The parents learned to ski here.

Now their kids spend their first holidays in the same chalet, sometimes in the same bedroom, and ask for the same breakfast spot in the morning.

Nothing about that happens by accident. We've built this place to age well with the families who chose it the first time, and with the next ones after them.
