SunStyle

SunStyle Empowering buildings with sustainable solar solutions ☀️ SunStyle’s solar roof integrates an efficient and long-lasting structural roof with photovoltaic cells.

The SunStyle® Solar Roof system is the future of solar energy generation, bringing both roof and solar module together as one. SunStyle has installations across the US and Europe in all sectors, from single-family homes to large industrial campuses. The unique design of the solar roof system perfectly accommodates any form of architecture, from historic renovation to sleek modernist lines. Our pro

duct is pre-fabricated, resilient in different climates and environments, customizable, and works with many different roof shapes and architectural styles. The Solar Roof System is available in many different colors with a glass or matte glass finish. The system adapts to unique roof shapes by combining active and passive tiles to maximize energy collection while providing a uniform aesthetic for curb appeal. The system is weatherproof, consisting of pre-fabricated glass shingles laminated with photovoltaic cells. All solar shingles are produced by qualified and certified manufacturers. The Solar Roof System is largely maintenance free and is backed by our technical support team and overall product warranty.

🌼 Something beautiful is taking shape in the Black Forest.

One of our next SunStyle projects is currently under construction in Glottertal, Germany, where a flower business is investing in a roof that will do more than just protect its building.

Sustainability with a mountain view ⛰️

The Mountain Boutique Hotel Alpina in Fiescheralp combines integrated solar roofing, renewable electricity, and locally sourced wood pellets to reduce its environmental footprint. Today, the hotel generates up to 50% of its annual electricity demand directly from the sun—and its journey toward greater energy independence continues.
A great example of how hospitality and sustainability can go hand in hand, Hotel Alpina Fiescheralp

Sometimes, the best solutions are hidden in plain sight. 🕵️

At the SBB CFF FFS train station in Montreux, the SunStyle solar roof blends seamlessly into the architecture—so discreetly that many pass by without noticing it. Yet every day, it quietly generates clean energy while preserving the character of the building.

Can photovoltaics become part of architecture instead of looking like a technical add-on?

Our newest blog explores how integrated solar roofs are transforming the way buildings are designed. From clean roofscapes and complex geometries to historical environments and urban architecture, BIPV is redefining the relationship between energy and design.

Because the future of architecture is no longer just about how buildings look. It’s about how they perform.

Still one of the largest SunStyle projects in the world: Saint Charles International in Perpignan, France.

This building-integrated solar power plant generates clean energy directly from the building envelope. Today, excess electricity is fed back into the public grid, supplying power to more than 10,000 residents in Perpignan.
