Florian Mainzger wird neuer Executive Küchenchef im Cresta Palace Celerina 👨🏻‍🍳

Das Cresta Palace Celerina stellt seine kulinarische Leitung neu auf: Florian Mainzger übernimmt per 1. Oktober 2026 die Position des Executive Küchenchefs. Mit 28 Jahren Erfahrung und zahlreichen Stationen im In- und Ausland bringt er umfassende Expertise mit – und ist im Engadin kein Unbekannter.

Für Florian Mainzger ist der Wechsel ins Cresta Palace Celerina zugleich eine Rückkehr in eine vertraute Region. Von 2015 bis 2018 war er als Executive Chef im Nira Alpina in Silvaplana tätig und verantwortete dort verschiedene gastronomische Outlets. Auch beim St. Moritz Gourmet Festival war er während dieser Zeit regelmässig involviert.

Zuletzt war Mainzger als Culinary Director im Kaiserhaus Bern tätig. Zuvor führte ihn sein Weg während rund sieben Jahren ins Arosa Kulm Hotel & Alpin Spa, wo er als Executive Chef die kulinarische Gesamtleitung von fünf Restaurants, zwei Bars und dem Room Service sowie die Führung eines 42-köpfigen Küchenteams verantwortete. Internationale Stationen in Grossbritannien, Russland und den Vereinigten Arabischen Emiraten ergänzen seinen Werdegang. Seine Laufbahn führte ihn dabei von der internationalen Hotellerie bis in die Sternegastronomie.
