 A traditional Ticino home with its own private spa, thoughtfully designed with a curated mix of mid-century pieces. A characterful retreat for up to 6 guests, with space for 9 upon request.

🌿 Ca’ Spontoi

 A beautifully restored 19th-century house in the village of Gnosca, with space for 6–8 guests. Enjoy the jacuzzi and mini sauna, and choose between booking the entire house or individual rooms.

🦋 Ca’ Negra

A modern mountain retreat with space for up to 9 guests, particularly suited to families and groups. For a shared escape with even more space, Ca’ Negra can also be booked together with Ca’ Pedrot.

🌲 Ca’ Pedrot

 A mountain cabin with sweeping alpine views and its own mini-spa. Sleeping up to 6 guests, it’s an ideal base for days spent hiking and slowing down in the mountains.

The morning after Piazza Grande, wake up on Lake Maggiore.

This summer, selected winter stays at Do-Minus include a complimentary 24-hour Leopard Club Experience for two during the Locarno Film Festival Locarno Film Festival.

The experience begins with VIP access to the festival and reserved seating beneath the stars in Piazza Grande, followed by an overnight stay aboard Winga, our sailboat on Lake Maggiore.
