I’d like to dedicate this post to my team and to our guests who appreciate the enormous amount of work that goes into running a hotel like the Continental Parkhotel.
It sounds as though we’re buying reviews 😂😂😂 but in reality we’ve never done that, so reading this review is particularly touching for us 🥲❤️🙏

„An exceptional stay
Our stay at the Continental Park Hotel Lugano was absolutely exceptional from start to finish. The hotel’s location is perfect: just a short walk from the train station and a short stroll from the beautiful lakeside promenade and the city centre, making it incredibly convenient for exploring Lugano.
The rooms were immaculate, comfortable and tastefully furnished, with breathtaking views and every amenity needed for a relaxing stay. The attention to detail throughout the hotel reflects a genuine commitment to guest comfort and quality. What truly sets this hotel apart is its exceptional hospitality. Every member of staff was friendly, professional and eager to help, making us feel truly welcome throughout our visit. Their advice and personalised service added a special touch that made the whole experience even more enjoyable. The breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of fresh, high-quality produce in a charming setting. The hotel’s gardens and outdoor spaces are also impeccably maintained, creating a peaceful atmosphere despite the proximity to the heart of the city. The Continental Park Hotel exceeded our expectations in every respect. It combines elegance, comfort, convenience and exceptional service to create a truly memorable experience. We wouldn’t hesitate to return and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Lugano.“
