Hommage a Geza Anda ✨

What a fantastic evening with four extraordinary young and promising pianists! ✨🎹

, , .yudin.pianist and celebrated the music of Bach and Mozart together with the wonderful at tonight.

From two and three pianos to Bach’s magnificent Concerto in A minor for four pianos, BWV 1065 - a truly unforgettable evening, dedicated to the legacy of Géza Anda on the 50th anniversary of his death.

May this be just the beginning of many wonderful concerts and great musical journeys ahead! ✨

Visit at the ✨

Today, we had the great pleasure of visiting Villa Senar together with pianist, composer, conducter and scientist
Kit Armstrong .

For Rachmaninoff, Villa Senar was much more than a summer home - it was a place of peace, inspiration and creativity, where he spent his summers from 1933 to 1939 and created some of his most important works.

He completed there even his famous Corelli Variations, Op. 42, in 1931.
How special to experience this place together with Kit, whose new recording of the work has just been released by Deutsche Grammophon today.

A heartfelt thank you to Jan Zwahlen and the Serge Rachmaninoff Foundation for opening this unique place and guiding us to through Rachmaninoff’s life.
The visit ended up with wonderful music played by Kit on the original Rachmaninoff piano.

Rachmaninoff’s spirit can still be felt everywhere in this cultural island and keeps the music alive 🙏🏻

A wonderful evening at the Kaufleuten Kultur with former and current Young Soloists on Stage.

Ariel Lanyi, Ziyu He, Sarah Strohm and Chiara Samatanga performed Mozart and Brahms in a vibrant, young atmosphere with wonderful acoustics and an enthusiastic packed audience.

We were especially happy to see our pianist Ariel Lanyi on stage. Since joining our management in May 2026, we are delighted to support his artistic journey.

Thank you, Orpheum Foundation, for an inspiring evening. More platforms like this are needed to give young artists stages, audiences and a future. ✨

Congratulations our young pianist Bridget Yee on being awarded the 2026 RPS Isserlis Scholarship by the Royal Philharmonic Society Royal Philharmonic Society. A prestigious recognition of her exceptional talent and a wonderful encouragement for her artistic journey ahead. 🎹

Rihm’s Tutuguri at HP8 - A Night of Intense Sound 🔋

Wolfgang Rihm’s Tutuguri - an incredible intense, visceral and endlessly multifaceted work, written between 1980 and 1982. From the very first note, Jörg Widmann held the immense forces of the engaged young Lucerne Festival Contemporary Orchestra together with remarkable power and precision.

And then the final act: six percussionists, an overwhelming surge of sound – and a truly unforgettable ending.

This great work points out how classical music can be apart from the common understanding.

A heartfelt thank you to all the musicians of the LFCO and to Jörg Widmann for this extraordinary evening, supported by the BR and the Ernst von Siemens Musikstiftung.

✨Kit Armstrong with Goethe and Liszt at the Gotthard 🎵

A truly unforgettable afternoon at the Fondazione Sasso San Gottardo Sasso San Gottardo: high in the Alps, at 2,020 metres, Kit Armstrong official performed works by Franz Liszt in the extraordinary Kristallkaverne.

The programme was closely connected to the museum’s unique permanent exhibition on Goethe’s journeys through Switzerland. Armstrong not only played with extraordinary sensitivity, virtuosity and versatility, but also guided the audience through the fascinating connections between Goethe, Liszt and the works themselves.

A reception and a private tour of the Goethe exhibition completed an exceptional cultural experience – deep inside the Gotthard.

A heartfelt thank you to Damian Zingg for having me, the entire team of the Fondazione Sasso San Gottardo, and especially to Kit Armstrong for creating this truly unforgettable cultural highlight at the Gotthard 🎭💥

✨ Pianist Bridget Yee gave a wonderful Debut at the Lucerne Festival ✨

We all were very moved by the beautiful concert yesterday by pianist Bridget Yee at the Lucerne Festival! Her inspiring recital brought together works by Richard Wagner - with the amazing sonata in B minor at the end - Samuel Barber, Earl Wild, Joseph Haydn and Layla Arafah, which was a premiere in Switzerland — music spanning two centuries, beautifully connected through her sensitive and captivating interpretation.

Thank you, Bridget, for this wonderful musical experience. We are already looking forward to the next concerts with you! 🎶✨
