About the Weekend

Life asks something of each of us.

It asks us to remain present when things are uncertain, to find courage when we feel afraid, to soften when we become rigid, and to begin again when life doesn’t unfold as we had hoped.

Yoga does not remove these challenges.

It helps us cultivate the qualities that allow us to meet them.

Join Chris Chavez for two inspiring mornings of movement, breath, meditation, and reflection exploring the relationship between what we cultivate through practice and how those qualities shape the way we live.

Through intelligent movement, conscious breathing, meditation, and moments of challenge, we will explore how a consistent practice develops strength, resilience, awareness, compassion, and joy—not as ideas, but as lived experience.

Each session blends dynamic movement, mobility, balance, breath, and reflection into a complete and uplifting experience designed to challenge the body, focus the mind, and leave you feeling energized, grounded, and deeply connected.

Whether you are stepping onto the mat for the first time or returning to a lifelong practice, you are invited to explore, challenge yourself, and discover what becomes possible when practice meets life.

Summer in the city? ☀️🏙️ While others are sweating, the Alma stays pleasantly cool thanks to our vertical garden. Our green facade is not just a visual highlight, but acts like a true natural air conditioner. It filters fine dust, produces oxygen, and noticeably reduces the urban heat island effect. A green lung right in the middle of Zurich! 🌿💚

From a 5-day Design Thinking sprint at the Career Days to a live pitch at the Hospitality Summit! 🚀✨

Our team member Clara teamed up to solve a massive industry challenge: How can we make hotel software changes more appealing and understandable for the next generation?

The result? The concept: “Discover, Learn and Connect”. 💡

After 5 days full of hard work, ups, downs, and so much fun, pitching this idea was the perfect finale. A huge thank you to the amazing mentors and everyone who supported the teams along the way! 😍
