Our hearts are full when we witness this beautiful communion of wisdom, weaving the telar de la vida through words, spiritual offerings, sacred weaving, and the ancient knowledge of the land.
At Gitana Del Mar, our purpose goes far beyond being a retreat venue or a hotel.
We live to create a space where meaningful conversations, sacred rituals and ancestral wisdom can transcend cultural and language barriers — a place where people from all over the world can come to connect with the living wisdom of the Heart of the World, shared by our Indigenous elder brothers and sisters: the Wiwa, Kogi and Arhuaco peoples, guardians of ancient knowledge and profound ways of listening to the Earth.
At a time when consumption often takes more space than creation, and the climate crisis is becoming impossible to ignore, perhaps the Earth is calling us back to something we have always known:
To come together.
To slow down.
To listen.
To remember.
To return to her rhythms.
To honour the knowledge and rituals that remind us that we are not separate from nature — we are part of her.
