Rodeado de 73 hectareas de bosque lluvioso, el hotel posee 10 habitaciones distribuidas en 3 categorias: 4 habitaciones estandar con vista al bosque, 2 habitaciones superiores con vista al lago de Nicaragua y 4 bungalows con vista al bosque lluvioso.
