A guest staying at my property Alta Vista Condominiums recently asked how she could help our local school. After speaking with the teachers and principal, I shared their needs with Verree and yesterday we delivered her donated items.

Director Olger and Dona Zinnia welcomed us warmly and gave us a tour of the classrooms, where Verree received a heartfelt thank you!

A guest staying at my property Alta Vista Condominiums recently asked how she could help our local school. After speaking with the teachers and principal, I shared their needs with Verree and yesterday we delivered her donated items.

Many of our returning guests ask for Junior updates, so here’s the latest. 😊

Patrick Jr. is now 18 months old and growing up the way every Costa Rican kid should—playing outside, climbing playgrounds, exploring the beach, and making new friends everywhere he goes.

This video was taken at the Sámara park yesterday. Watching him come down the slide and confidently walk toward the camera reminds me how quickly these little moments pass.

Thank you to all of our guests who have become part of the Alta Vista Condominiums family and continue to ask about him. We appreciate you more than you know.
