We’re looking for a Chief Engineer!
Adams Beach Hotel, one of Cyprus’ leading beachfront resorts, is looking for an experienced, hands-on Chief Engineer to lead our Engineering & Maintenance Department.
This is an excellent opportunity for a technically strong, safety-focused professional who is ready to take ownership of a high-standard resort environment and contribute to the hotel’s long-term technical excellence.
Key areas of responsibility include:
• Leading and developing the Engineering & Maintenance team
• Overseeing preventive and reactive maintenance across HVAC, electrical, plumbing, mechanical, pool, kitchen, fire protection and BMS systems
• Ensuring compliance with Cyprus legislation, health & safety and fire regulations
• Managing departmental budgets, energy-efficiency initiatives and technical projects
• Coordinating contractors, suppliers, renovations and emergency technical response
We’re looking for someone with:
• A Degree or Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or a related field
• At least 5 years’ experience in hotel engineering/maintenance, including 2–3 years in a senior or Chief Engineer role
• Strong technical, leadership, budgeting and project-management skills
• Fluency in Greek and English
• Experience within a 4–5-star hotel or resort environment will be considered a strong advantage
