Greetings again. So, there is still one peak season period free in 2026. The 31st August to 8th September is still available. Be the first to book it and I'll offer a discount to that person.

Sleeps 8 in two doubles (both en-suite) and two twins (with a family bathroom), Close to shops, bars and restaurants and the coastal walkway in Lapta.

Imagine it........8 days of sunny heaven. Step directly out of the lounge or two of the bedrooms straight on to the patio and jump straight in to a warm and inviting 10-metre pool, freshly renovated this year.

We are also open all year! Come out of season - the property is fully heated and has a log burner in the cosy lounge area as well.

Greetings one, greetings all ! Due to a cancellation, we have a one-week peak season opening available. Yep, the 22nd to 29th August is now available!! Lots of days of sunny heaven. Step directly out of the lounge or two of the bedrooms straight on to the patio and jump straight in to a warm and inviting pool, freshly renovated this year. Barbecue up a storm on the terrace. Just for interest, a review from one of our winter visitors, who stayed with us in January this year:

What a lovely villa and grounds. 5 stars on everything (except the weather, but that isn't our hosts fault).

We were worried about it being cold in January but even though it dropped to 7 degrees some nights, the log burner and inverter heaters in the lounge and bedroom kept us nice and cosy. And the daytime temperatures were perfect for hiking up in the hills.

Best of all was the price for rentals at this time of year - very reasonable. We also used the hosts car during our stay as it was a no-brainer for the small additional cost.

Sadly, Silver Rocks restaurant was closed for the Winter season, but there were other restaurants close by including the Wild Duck, where there is food for everyone. The Bestmar supermarket is really convenient and you can get everything you need there. We will be staying again.

We had an amazing stay at this house. It was a lovely big house, big and clean pool. Supermarket in walking distance, very regular and cheap buses to go into the strip etc. the locals were very friendly, we met a few at the local bar. Lovely area, lovely walk to the coastal path with restaurants, cafes etc. we would definitely love to stay again!

Stayed about a week. Helpful and responsive host, and the Welcome Pack was invaluable.
The outside space was just as described, amazing pool in beautiful gardens. We spent so much of our time in the pool. The home itself was idyllic. Spacious rooms, clean, well kept, and comfortable. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

We had an absolutely fantastic time staying at this beautiful villa. It was the perfect setting for making unforgettable family memories. The villa itself was spotless, stylish, and incredibly comfortable — everything we needed was right there, from a well-equipped kitchen to cozy bedrooms.
The swimming pool was a highlight — clean, inviting, and ideal for relaxing or playing with the kids. We also loved how close we were to great restaurants and a stunning beach just 15 minutes away.
Our hosts were wonderful: friendly, responsive, and made sure everything ran smoothly from start to finish. Their communication was excellent, which made the whole experience stress-free. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable getaway!

Excellent host , communication was great. The villa was peaceful and the pool was perfect! I would highly recommend to stay here for a family holiday it is great for the kids to have fun and for the adults to relax . The shops and restaurants are a walking distance which is perfect. For the Brits I would highly recommend the wild duck which is an excellent restaurant , the food is delicious. Overall we had a wonderful stay and we would come back again!
