B2B or B2C? In travel distribution, the line between the two is getting harder to draw.
The latest industry data points to a broader shift towards connected distribution models, scalable infrastructure and stronger control over how supply reaches demand.

Some of the signals:
▪️ One major OTA group reported B2B gross bookings growth of 26% in Q3 2025, compared with 7% for B2C
▪️ RateHawk’s net booking value grew 40% year over year in 2025, while its network of API-integrated partners grew beyond 1,600 companies
▪️ At Roundtrip, 98.6% of SMB bookings are now completed through self-service, combining a consumer-style booking experience with B2B infrastructure underneath

The takeaway? The traditional B2B versus B2C distinction is becoming less important than the infrastructure connecting supply and demand.
