Our team joined an engaging Ergonomics Workshop led by Pantelis Xenophontos, Osteopath, who shared practical tips on posture, movement, workplace ergonomics and everyday habits that support long-term physical health. 📚
From desk setup guidance to breathing, mobility and stretching exercises, the session offered simple yet effective techniques to help reduce strain, improve comfort and promote wellbeing throughout the working day. ✨
