🏊 Book September, then forget about it for a year

The good weeks in 2027 are already going — May has gone entirely, and the middle of July with it. September is still open from the 1st to the 24th.

Sea-view balcony off the master, private pool, gas barbecue and a bar on the patio, and a village with proper tavernas five minutes down the hill.

This time next year, all of that could be yours for a fortnight.

May is already gone and the first week of June with it — but from the 11th the villa is yours, right through to the end of the month.

June is arguably the sweet spot: hot but not brutal, sea properly warm, and the school-holiday crowds still a few weeks off.

🌸 April in Cyprus is criminally underrated

Wildflowers across the hills, sea warm enough to swim, and temperatures you can actually walk in. No crowds, no fighting for a sunbed, no 40 degrees at midday.

The Retreat has April 2027 open — the 1st through to the 26th.

🏖️ Down the hill to Pissouri Bay

Calm, clear water, a proper sweep of beach, and tavernas right on the sand. The village up top and the beach community below were once linked by a fishing jetty — these days it's a short drive or a good walk.

One of the loveliest bays on the south coast, and never heaving.
