Ultimate Flexibility & Security
Your Home, Your Way 🏡✨
Every property in Polis & Latchi is different — and so are the owners' needs. That’s why we don’t offer one-size-fits-all solutions.

At Summer Haven Guardians, we create bespoke care packages built around your specific property and circumstances. Whether your property is empty for long periods, used by family and friends, or you want complete hands-off management, we tailor the service to suit you.

You can view our current packages in the brochure here:

Here’s how we make it work for you:
1. Flexible Payment Plans 💳
Pay month-by-month with no long-term commitment.
Or choose our 6-month or 12-month plans and save (including 1 month free on the annual plan).

2. The “Freeze” Option ❄️
Going away or having guests stay? Simply pause your package while the property is occupied. You only pay when your home is empty.

3. FREE Professional Security Walkthrough 🔒
Neil is currently offering a limited number of free security assessments.
With over 40 years of experience in the UK security, door entry, and access control sector, he conducts a structured assessment and provides clear, practical recommendations to improve your property’s security.

⚠️ Limited spaces available — we only take on a small number of properties to maintain our premium, hands-on service.

DM us or WhatsApp us at +357 99 178 677 to book your free security walkthrough or discuss a bespoke package tailored to your property.
