An International Visit to Retigo 🌍

We were delighted to welcome guests from Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan and Azerbaijan to our headquarters.

During their visit, they got a closer look at Retigo, explored our facilities and technology, and saw the Retigo Evolution combi oven in action during a live cooking demonstration.

Part of the Ambiente group, Skô brings a fresh perspective to Slovak cuisine in Prague’s Holešovice district.

Led by head chef Tomáš Valkovič, the restaurant draws inspiration from traditional Slovak recipes and gives them a modern twist.

Cooking over an open fire is also a key part of the restaurant’s kitchen.

A Retigo combi oven has been part of the kitchen since day one. The team uses it for everything from slow cooking and sous-vide to overnight cooking.

Retigo Evolution Presented in Poland

Our partners at RM Gastro Polska presented the new generation of Retigo Evolution combi ovens.

The event opened with a welcome from David Riedel, founder and co-owner of RM Gastro Polska.
He also highlighted an important milestone: 25 years of cooperation with Retigo on the Polish market.

At Die Welle Ruhpolding, Retigo combi ovens have been part of the kitchen for years. Owner and head chef Jakub Tkacik knows what to expect from them and puts them to the test every day.
His kitchen even serves as a testing ground for prototypes before they go into series production.
