Earlier this year, one of our Front Office colleagues took part in the elevatr.fellowship, a development programme for young hospitality talents and leaders under 35.

From meeting fellow participants and industry mentors in Munich to digital learning sessions and the Hospitality Festival in Berlin, the programme offered plenty of opportunities to exchange ideas, make connections and gain new perspectives.

We’re happy to see our young talents embrace opportunities like these and continue growing both within Leonardo and beyond.
