YOGA RETREAT AT LENNARTS🧘🏽‍♀️ 19.-20.09.2026

Danielle and Flo invite you to a small and personal Urban Retreat.

For 24 hours, our Rooftop Lounge becomes a special place of retreat with yoga, meditation, movement, and connection. Because sometimes, you don’t need to travel far to experience yourself in a new way.

The practice is a carefully curated blend of calm, somatic, and dynamic elements. Complemented by shared meals and walks, we create a space away from everyday life and performance pressure. Here, you are free to simply be yourself.

The retreat costs €149 per person and includes 1.5 hours of Gentle Flow Yoga, 1.5 hours of Dynamic Morning Flow Yoga, a walk and an outdoor meditation, 1.5 hours of Shake the Dust™, as well as water, tea, and snacks in the lounge.

Optionally, you can join the group dinner at one of the nearby restaurants and breakfast at FRITZ, or book an overnight stay and enjoy access to the sauna. This gives you even more time to relax and enjoy the experience.

People of EmiLu with Emma & Elisa 🤍

Get to know the people who have become such an important part of our EmiLu family.

Elisa is our very first apprentice, discovering the hotel world and all its many different facets with her lovable and kind nature!

And then there’s Emma, a true part of our Front Office family. Not only does she handle every phone call with professionalism (obviously), but she also makes sure we don’t forget one very important thing: that we attend enough marathons as a team!!!

Looking back on five years of EmiLu, it’s people like Elisa and Emma who remind us what our hotel is truly about: the people behind it, the moments we share and the connections we build along the way.
