Sometimes, our menu is guided by the sea.

In the morning, local fishermen head out, and we wait to see what they bring back. 🎣

That’s where our fish comes from – fresh every day, depending on the day’s catch. And there’s something beautiful about that. No long journey, no complicated story. Just a fisherman, the sea, a fresh catch, and a few hours later, the aroma of freshly prepared fish coming from our kitchen. 🌴

Add some crispy tostones, a squeeze of lime and fresh vegetables… and suddenly, everything we love about life in the Caribbean is right there on your plate. 🇩🇴💙
