Leancubator a participé au panel « Innover ensemble pour un impact durable » lors de la 21e édition du SIEE Pollutec Algérie, aux côtés de notre partenaire BNP Paribas El Djazaïr et de la startup Nrecycli.

Une conversation entre trois acteurs complémentaires autour des conditions nécessaires à l’émergence des startups et entreprises innovantes capables de répondre aux défis environnementaux de demain.

Du coté de Leancubator, Abdelfettah Herizi a partagé trois axes issus de notre expérience terrain :

▸ Sur les défis de l'écosystème - Les startups à impact environnemental progressent en qualité et en maturité, mais se heurtent encore à l'absence d'une demande corporate structurée. Le premier contrat significatif reste le vrai défi.
▸ Sur les facteurs de réussite - Au-delà du financement, ce qui fait la différence, c'est la proximité avec le problème client, la capacité à se structurer tôt, et l'appartenance à un écosystème d'accompagnement solide.
▸ Sur la collaboration corporate-écosystème - L'open innovation produit des résultats réels quand elle est adossée à un problème métier précis et à un engagement sincère des deux côtés. Le partenariat avec BNP Paribas El Djazaïr en est une illustration concrète.

Algérie Avenir 2026 — Deux partenariats prometteurs signés par Leancubator.

En marge de la rencontre Innovation, Diaspora & Entrepreneuriat du 2 juin dernier, Leancubator a officialisé deux accords-cadres de collaboration.

🤝 Leancubator × Ecole Nationale Polytechnique d’Alger
Un partenariat centré sur l’accompagnement entrepreneurial, les programmes d’incubation, le transfert technologique et la valorisation de la recherche. L’objectif : créer des passerelles durables entre le monde universitaire et le secteur privé.

🤝 Leancubator × ALFRANC Network
Un partenariat autour de l’accompagnement de l’innovation par la diaspora, les échanges transméditerranéens et euro-africains, et la co-construction de coopérations concrètes entre les deux écosystèmes.

Deux engagements. Une même conviction : les écosystèmes d’innovation ne se développent pas en silo.

Innovation, Diaspora & Entrepreneuriat — Bâtir les ponts de demain.

Hier, le 2 juin, Leancubator a organisé en collaboration avec l’Ecole Nationale Polytechnique d’Alger cette rencontre dans le cadre de la mission Algérie Avenir 2026 portée par ALFRANC Network. Une délégation de 35 chefs d’entreprises, investisseurs et experts issus de la diaspora algérienne et plus largement africaine en Europe avait fait le déplacement à Alger.

For the 5th session of Venture Rise, we had the honor of hosting Matteo Elli, Founder & Managing Partner at pariter partners and founder of RobIT, Italy’s first national tech transfer hub dedicated to robotics and automation.

Throughout this rich and highly interactive session, Matteo gave participants an inside look into the Italian startup ecosystem, highlighting how Italy is becoming one of Europe’s growing hubs for deep tech, robotics, AI, automation, medtech, agritech, and industrial innovation.

The session explored:
🔹 How Italy structured its innovation ecosystem through incubators, accelerators, tech transfer hubs, venture capital funds, and research centers
🔹 The rise of deep tech investments and why sectors like AI, robotics, climate tech, aerospace, and biotech are attracting increasing attention from investors
🔹 How universities and research centers collaborate with startups to transform scientific research into real scalable businesses
🔹 The role of CDP Venture Capital and national programs that helped create more than 200 deep tech startups in just a few years
🔹 What investors actually look for in early-stage startups beyond revenue and financial projections
🔹 The biggest challenges founders face when building breakthrough technologies and bringing them to market
🔹 🇩🇿🇮🇹 Collaboration opportunities between the Algerian and Italian ecosystems

🔹 Building bridges between startups, investors, universities, and innovation hubs across both countries

One of the most valuable takeaways from the session was understanding that innovation is not only about building advanced technology, but about building technologies the market truly needs.

Du 31 mai au 3 juin, Alger accueille une délégation internationale de plus de trente décideurs, investisseurs et entrepreneurs de la diaspora Algérienne, et plus largement Africaine venus d’Europe pour faire émerger des coopérations concrètes avec l’écosystème algérien. Une mission portée par ALFRANC NETWORK en collaboration avec Leancubator et CAPC Algérie.

From May 31 to June 3, Algiers will host an international delegation of more than thirty decision-makers, investors, and entrepreneurs from the Algerian and broader African diaspora who have traveled from Europe to foster concrete partnerships with the Algerian ecosystem. This initiative is led by ALFRANC NETWORK in collaboration with Leancubator and CAPC Algeria. 
 
At Leancubator, we firmly believe that innovation ecosystems do not develop in isolation. By bringing together Algerian, European, and African stakeholders around concrete projects, we are laying the groundwork for a partnership designed to endure well beyond this mission.
