امتياز وهنا تتحقق الفوائد لكلا الطرفين ، وذلك نتيجة نقل الخبرات والتدريب والمعرفة والدعم المستمر من مانح حق الامتياز التجاري للحاصلين عليه.

العلامة التجارية لشركة "بيد يانسن"
يانسن شركة المانية عالمية ، اسس فرعها برنت يانسن عام 1955 في جمهورية مصر العربية وهي اول شركة لتصنيع المراتب السوست في الشرق الاوسط.
صممت مراتب يانسن للتحمل الشاق ولتدوم فترات زمنية طويلة حيث اننا الشركة الوحيدة التي تقوم بتجديد مراتبها مهما مر عليها الزمن.

استطاعت يانسن في هذه الفترة ان تحتل المكانة الاولى في تصنيع المراتب السوست بأنواعها وقد راعت الشركة ان يكون تصنيع المراتب من مواد طبيعية المانية لتتناسب مع جميع المستويات والاحتياجات لذلك اهتمت الشركة ان تكون المراتب من القطن الطبيعي والسوست المتشابكة بأنواعها
قامت يانسن بالعديد من الاسهامات العظيمة في مجال صناعه المفروشات في كثير من مشروعات قطاع الأعمال والقطاع الحكومي ( القوات المسلحة - الشرطة - البترول - الجامعات - القطاع العام - المستشفيات - الفنادق العائمة ) سلسلة كبيرة ممتدة من المعارض وصالات العروض في القاهرة الكبري والمحافظات التي تغطي جميع انحاء الجمهورية اتجاهات جديدة ومتطورة في تحديث وتفعيل هذة الصناعة
تم توقيع عقد امتياز تجاري وووكالة بين شركة بيد يانسن وشركة مكة في يوليو 2016 ، كأول امتياز تجاري تحصل عليه الشركة

Janssen is global German company that founded Print Janssen in 1955 in the Arab Republic of Egypt; the first company to manufacture spring mattresses in the Middle East. Janssen carrying mattresses designed hard and endure long periods of time, where we are the only company to renew its mattresses overtime. Janssen was able during this period to be ranked number one in the spring mattresses industry including all it types. The company considered having all mattresses’ production made of German natural materials to suit all levels and needs. Thus the company focused to manufacture its mattresses from natural cotton and spring interlocking types. Janssen made many great contributions in the field of the furniture industry in many of the business sector and the government sector projects (the armed forces - the police – oil and gas - universities - the public sector - hospitals - floating hotels). Janssen has a big chain of branches and showrooms in Cairo and the other governorates covering all over Egypt achieving new and evolving trends in modernization and activation of this industry. A franchise and an agency contract was signed between Janssen and Mecca in July, 2016, which is considered as the first franchise contract Mecca acquires
