We are Judit & Laca, the crazy cat lovers and owners of the Alba Regia Cat Art home. Feel free to contact us, and we will help you make your holiday spent in Tenerife unforgettable! Our hidden gem is situated in an absolutely exposed position in Costa Adeje San Eugenio district in the southwest of Tenerife just few minutes away from the lively area Puerto Colón and Fañabé the best beaches in the South of Tenerife. Las Americas and Los Cristianos are just 5 minutes drive from the property.. Our property is suitable for families or small groups who are looking for a relaxing quiet and private home where you can enjoy all of what Tenerife has to offer within close proximity. The house newly renovated private property ,furnished with the highest comfort and decorated of us, cat lovers. Living room with two sofas, 2 armchairs, working corner , very well-equipped kitchen with diswasher, fridge/freezer, oven and ceramic hob, microwave , toaster, capsule coffee maker etc… Of course we have a washing machine too. The main house has two double bedrooms two bedroom with bathtub. Both bedroom has brand new kingsize bed with quality thick matresses. With separate entrance there is a studio with two 90 x 200 cm single bed and own bathroom. The studio is available only in case of booking for more than 4 people. The bedrooms and the studio has aircondition. All in all this holiday home offers comfortable space for 6 people. Fast free wifi and Smart IP TV with more than tousand channels included. On our party covered own sun terrace is a private pool (optional heated for extra cost ) dinning and resting area, you can enjoy the fantastic view of the ocean. Every sunset here is an absolute highlight – you wil love it ! Private pool measurements are:
Length: 4,00 meters
Width: 2,25 meters
Depth: 1,1 meter

Free parking spaces are available on the street. The entrance to the property is a few steps from the street level. Bed linen and towels , beach towels are included in the price. The house goes under a professional level hygienic cleaning and ozone generator disinfection after every visit. Supermarkets open 24/7, restaurants, bars, sports centers in the close surroundings The house is next to Siam Park, a huge and tropical water park, which is said to be "the biggest water attraction in Europe". The nearest international airport (Tenerife South) is 16 km or about 10 minutes by car. Welcome pack which includes water,milk, tea and some coffee capsule shampoo, shower gel, kitchen roll, oil/vinegar , salt/pepper , hand soaps, toilet rolls, washing up liquid, dishwasher tablets and a bottle of w**e included as complimentary. more information on www.albaregiacatarthome.eu ( soon )
