Spacious modern privately owned duplex apartment - 3 bed/3.5 bath all with terraces, full a/c, stunning views down to and across the Mar Menor - own 🚗parking 🅿️ Our spacious 3 bedroom / 3 bathroom duplex apartment (106m2) is situated close to the centre of La Manga club, and is a short walk from the tennis centre, padel courts, gym, shops and restaurants. On site Management company, with reception, english speaking should you need help with any queries or local knowledge. Constructed in 1999, and totally refurbished in 2024 throughout, this modern apartment has full air conditioning and heating, a fitted kitchen, enjoying open plan living, sitting room and dining, with patio doors leading out onto the terrace, where you will find a bbq and outdoor dinning area - 3 bedrooms each with en-suite walk in shower facilities (each bathroom enjoying underfloor heating for the cooler months), and each bedroom having their own balcony, enjoying views to the Mar Menor, the Football Club, and the West Course, all the way down to the Mar Menor . Property fully prepared for your arrival including soap, toilet paper and bin liners. Laundry charges and departure clean. Air-conditioning and heating. Mid stay change of linen/towels for 10 nights or more can be arranged, for a small additional fee if required. Wi fi is available. Dedicated parking spot.

📍 This is how the tunnel on the AP-7 at kilometre 772, near Pilar de la Horadada, looks following the heavy storms that hit the area last night.

🚗 𝗧𝗵𝗶𝗿𝘁𝗲𝗲𝗻 𝗱𝗿𝗶𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘀 𝗵𝗮𝗱 𝘁𝗼 𝗯𝗲 𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗰𝘂𝗲𝗱 after becoming trapped, and they received assistance at the town's municipal shelter.

⚠️ The tunnel is closed for maintenance work, with traffic diverted via the N-332.
