This summer, Can Sastre opens its garden to a new wellness programme for guests staying with us, and for a small number from outside the hotel.

Wellness, the Can Sastre way.

A new programme drifts in with the summer, slow mornings in the garden, practice held among the palm trees, light moving through the leaves, time to start the day the right way.

Our first session: Body Sculpt with Cynthia. Thursday 21 May. A practice of strength drawn slowly, of breath and posture, of the body finding its line beneath an open sky.

Juice afterwards. The garden. The water. The hush of mid-morning.
