Every year, Ingenio celebrates its International Folklore Festival—a vibrant, multi-day event organised by Coros y Danzas de Ingenio, a cultural association preserving Canarian traditions since 1949.

Expect colourful performances, live traditional music and dance, local food tastings, artisan crafts and a warm community atmosphere. Most activities are free to attend, with tickets only required for the festival’s final gala performance.

If you’re visiting Gran Canaria during the festival, it’s a wonderful opportunity to experience the island’s culture, traditions and hospitality. 🌍💃
