The accommodation is designed specifically for families with young children, toddlers and babies with all the equipment and toys for their age. There is plenty of space to explore the grounds including beautiful gardens, lots of play areas and a number of pet animals to meet. Meals are freshly prepared from local sun ripened ingredients and served on the mountainside terrace. Paella lunches and kids’ teas are a highlight for everyone. After bedtime grownups enjoy sharing some adult time with a leisurely evening meal under starry skies – all within earshot of the baby monitor. The boutique apartments offer you independence and privacy while there is plenty of opportunity for children to play and make new friends.

The pigs and bunnies tend to be a big hit, new friendships happen surprisingly quickly, and somehow the days just fly by. A few lovely words from one of our visiting families. Thank you for coming to stay and making yourselves at home.

Just our beautiful little corner of Spain, in all its horizontal glory. Which probably isn’t the most Instagram-friendly way to post a photograph, but some views deserve to be seen properly 😊

It’s funny how much pressure we can put on something as ordinary as eating. Especially with small children, when every meal can start to feel like a little test of whether they’ve eaten enough, tried something new or had something healthy.
But food is also about being together.

Watching other people, sharing things, getting curious, finding out what you like. And sometimes the nicest thing we can do is take a little of that pressure away.

After all, nobody wants to spend their holiday arguing over a carrot.

We could tell you all day what makes Caserío special, but really it’s much nicer hearing it from the families who come and live here for a week.

Especially when what they come away remembering is exactly what we hope this place gives them: happy children, less to think about, and the feeling that the parents got a holiday too.
