De noche, el pasillo de Zaha Hadid se vuelve cálido.
La luz lo cambia todo. Hasta los números de las habitaciones están proyectados en el suelo.

Victorio & Lucchino las diseñaron con una premisa clara: el baño también es lujo.
Piedra oscura, bañera empotrada, espejos que multiplican el espacio.

Zaha Hadid no dejó ni una sola interrupción.

La luz lo define todo en la planta 3.
David Chipperfield jugó con el contraste: un pasillo oscuro rasgado por líneas de luz, y al abrir la puerta, el techo azul más intenso del hotel.
Entrar es cambiar de atmósfera en un solo paso.

Light defines everything on floor 3.
David Chipperfield played with contrast: a dark corridor cut by lines of light, and behind the door, the most intense blue ceiling in the hotel.
Stepping inside means changing atmosphere in a single step.

En la planta 7, Ron Arad diseñó un pasillo que no tiene esquinas.
Las paredes se curvan, el techo se curva, el suelo refleja.

El lavabo y la bañera son la misma pieza.
Una sola forma de Corian negro que fluye de un extremo al otro sin una sola arista recta.
El mismo material de las habitaciones blancas de la planta 1. El mismo carácter. Otra atmósfera completamente distinta.
Solo tres habitaciones así en todo el hotel.

The sink and the bathtub are the same piece.
A single form of black Corian flowing from one end to the other without a single straight edge.
The same material as the white rooms on floor 1. The same character. A completely different atmosphere.
Only three rooms like this in the entire hotel.

El mismo estudio que diseñó ese pasillo de acero también pensó en cómo descansar dentro de él.
Planta 4. Plasma Studio. La cama flota sobre una plataforma de acero inoxidable.
La geometría más atrevida del hotel, en su versión más silenciosa.

The same studio that designed that steel corridor also thought about how to rest inside it.
Floor 4. Plasma Studio. The bed floats on a stainless steel platform.
The hotel's boldest geometry, in its quietest form.
