Finca s'Almudaina is an adventures and playful finca hidden away in the beautiful rolling countryside in the middle of the island of Mallorca. Here you will find unspoiled nature, many traditional old Spanish villages only 5 minutes away and the famous Wednesday morning market in Sineu only on a 10 minute drive away. Come here to relax, to enjoy nature, to have a g

reat time with friends and family or to organize a yoga retreat complete with catering, indoor and outdoor wooden deck and props. According to your needs we arrange everything that is possible, so feel free to contact us with specific questions. Our finca sleeps max. 12 guests, with 7 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms. Finca s'Almudaina features a large swimming pool with sun beds, a large lounge area, Wi-Fi, hammock Garden, a little farm with chickens, donkeys, pigs, peacocks, ducks and a sweet guard dog, vegetable garden, fruit trees, bbq, original stone oven, two kitchens, different seating areas for the whole group or to sit private.

We’re excited to share some wonderful news — Finca s’Almudaina is officially opening its 2027 calendar! 🌿✨

After a period of uncertainty, where we weren’t sure if we would be able to obtain the additional RNA certificate required alongside our ETV license for official short-term rentals, we can finally say… we made it! ✅

Today, we received the certificate (complete with all its official numbers and paperwork 📄), and we couldn’t be happier or more relieved.

This means bookings for 2027 are now OPEN! 🗓️

We can’t wait to welcome back familiar faces who have made this place so special over the years, and of course, to meet many new ones who will create their own memories here.
