Access Apartment San Pedro, Lo Pagan. Modern Two Bedroom Apartment, 200 metres from the shoreline of the Mar Menor, San Pedro del Pinatar.

Access Apartment in San Pedro del Pinatar is a rare find indeed. Built back in 2000, this 2 bedroom apartment lay idle, fully furnished (check video below), having never been inhabited until purchased by Michelle & Andy Ward in 2023. A much-needed interior update brings what is essentially a ‘brand new apartment’ back to life, literally yards from the shoreline of the Mar Menor, one of Spains best kept secrets. With glorious sunshine pretty much the whole year round and a multitude of activities and locations to enjoy in the area, this is the PERFECT bolt hole for those last minute get aways or planned Family break during the long summer months. Michelle & Andy have put their all into creating a peaceful and relaxing environment for all their friends, both existing and those they are yet too meet, and are happy to answer any questions you may have. Michelle & Andy’s goal is to have the same core network of people using the apartment regularly and for them to enjoy the benefits of the area and the upgrades they’ll implement over time.

I hear the weather is a bit pants in the UK at the moment? Have you ever considered escaping for a month or two in the quieter seasons when the weather is EVEN WORSE in the UK but regularly mid 20s here in Spain? We are looking to give the gift of incredible scenery, weather, super fast internet for those who can work remotely... all for just £700 per month. YES, for a whole month ! Drop me a message to book your month now.
